Why we exist
Healthcare generates evidence every day — and then loses it.
Every treatment delivered, every follow-up appointment and every study visit produces information that could answer a real clinical question. Most of it never does — protocols vary between colleagues, outcomes are described in prose, and follow-up depends on who remembers.
We think the fix is unglamorous and specific: decide the structure before the work starts, capture into it as the work happens, and keep an honest history of what changed. Done consistently, routine practice becomes something that can be examined, compared and — where the evidence supports it — published.

Say what is built
The limits of our software are written on this website rather than left for you to discover during implementation. If a feature you need is missing, we would rather you knew now.
Separate software from therapy
Nubiss records and follows up treatment. It does not diagnose, does not recommend a therapy, and never claims a treatment works — those are clinical judgements.
Build with clinicians
Designed around documentation clinicians already have to complete. A field that adds work does not get used, and data that is not captured is not evidence.

Nubiss Clinical, Longevity and StudyCore are not restricted to a single country. Nubiss TelMed is available for the German market only — it is built around German practice identifiers, the German referral slip and the German reimbursement framework.
