Solutions Nubiss Longevity

Nubiss Longevity

Turn a longevity programme into something you can measure.

One measured score from eight daily signals, blood biomarkers read against reference ranges, and a protocol you actually check in against.

Longevity Score · daily Synthetic example
Sleep 7 h 41 m · efficiency 91% weight .18
HRV 58 ms · above age norm weight .18
Resting HR 54 bpm weight .13
Activity 9,120 steps weight .13
SpO₂ 97% weight .08
Biomarker ApoB 0.78 g/L · in optimal range weight .10

A pillar with no data is not scored as zero — its weight is redistributed, and the score records how many pillars it used.

How this is delivered

Nubiss Longevity is a separate subscription service with its own account. If you are already a Nubiss Clinical patient, your clinic can set up an account and you sign in with a single sign-on link. No clinical records and no measurement data pass between the two systems — the connection is the sign-in only.

The problem

Advice is abundant. Measurement is not.

A wearable app that knows about sleep, a laboratory PDF that knows about blood, and a plan that lives in your head — none of them talking to each other.

Illustration: a person at home with lab printouts in one pile and a wearable and phone in another
01 Results in one pile, wearable in another.

A laboratory PDF that knows about blood, a wearable app that knows about sleep, and no link between them.

Illustration: a person tangled between lab values, wearable readings and a laptop that do not connect
02 Numbers that never line up.

Different units, different reference ranges, different weeks — the numbers never resolve into a picture.

Illustration: a clinician and a client looking over scattered charts with no shared plan
03 A plan with no measurement behind it.

A plan agreed in a consultation and then carried in your head, with nothing measuring whether it worked.

With Nubiss

What it looks like when it is measured.

The same programme, with a measurement behind every part of it.

Illustration: lab results, wearable and activity data connected into one profile on a tablet
04 Every source connected into one profile.

Labs, wearable signals, activity and body composition read into one profile against reference ranges.

Illustration: a clinician and a client walking through a step-by-step plan on screen
05 A plan broken into daily steps you can follow.

The protocol becomes dated check-ins, so adherence is something you can see rather than remember.

06 Progress reviewed together, over time.

Trends over months, reviewed with a clinician who is looking at the same numbers you are.

The Longevity Score

Eight pillars, weighted, recomputed every night.

One number from measured signals rather than self-report. The weights are fixed and published, so the score means the same thing this month as last month.

Resting heart rateweight 0.13
Activityweight 0.13

Where the data comes from

Named devices, and no others.

Connected devices

Whoop

Direct connection — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, strain and recovery, with historical backfill.

Oura

Direct connection, with the same automatic sync and backfill.

Apple Health · Health Connect

The companion app pairs by scanning a code and pushes what your phone already collects.

Around 45 daily measures, from sleep stages and blood oxygen to VO₂ max, blood pressure and body composition.

Blood biomarkers

44 analytes with reference ranges

Each result stored with its unit, compared against optimal and normal ranges, and flagged automatically — including ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, HbA1c and HOMA-IR.

Entering results

Values are typed in from your laboratory report — no laboratory integration, no automatic PDF reading.

Not supported: Garmin, Google Fit, Fitbit and Withings; continuous glucose monitors; laboratory feeds; biomarker trend charts. Biomarkers are shown per report, not as a time series.

The programme

A protocol you check in against.

  1. Choose a goal and start a protocol

Concrete targets — steps, a sleep window, protein — and a defined set of check-in questions.

  2. Check in daily

The form is built from your protocol's own configuration and takes under a minute.

  3. Watch adherence and streaks

Following the plan and the plan working are shown separately, side by side.

  4. Compare against a cohort

An anonymised monthly cohort with the same goal — you see where you sit, under a pseudonym.

  5. Bring it to a consultation

A clinician sees a brief of your last thirty days — averages, movement, flagged biomarkers — before the appointment.

Boundaries — what this is not

  • No biological age. No epigenetic clock, no pace-of-ageing estimate. The Longevity Score is a 0–100 composite of measured signals, nothing more.
  • No medical advice and no diagnosis. A wellness tool, not a substitute for medical care.
  • No validated clinical questionnaires. Check-ins are configurable questions, not scored clinical instruments.
  • No baseline-and-follow-up assessment schedule. Measurement is continuous and daily.
  • No self-service data export or account deletion. Adherence exports to CSV; a full export or erasure is handled on request.

Questions

Common questions

Every answer here is the honest one — including the things the product does not do yet.

Do I need a wearable?

Practically, yes — five of the eight pillars come from a device. The score still computes without one by redistributing the missing weights, and it tells you how many pillars it used.

Where do the blood results come from?

From your own laboratory tests. You or your clinic enter the values and can attach the report. Nubiss does not order tests or receive results from a laboratory.

Can my doctor see my data?

Only if you book a consultation with a provider on the platform, and then only the pre-consultation brief. Team sharing requires a separate, explicit permission you can withdraw.

Is the cohort comparison anonymous?

Members appear under a pseudonym. You see how your figures compare with the group and where you rank — not who anyone is.

Is this the same product as Nubiss Clinical?

No — a separate service with its own subscription. Your clinic can create your account and give you a sign-in link, but no clinical data moves between the two.
